About our Judge: Kandis Horton is the owner of Roze-El Stables, where she trains horses and riders of different disciplines, at all levels, on both their own horses and the fourteen schoolhorses she owns. With 27 years experience, training horses and riders, she also has mixed discipline judging experience. While her specialty is dressage, she is also certified in Centered Riding. This combination of skills is helping many riders and horses achieve great things, in and out of the showring!
